​​Introduction​​

Driven by the wave of globalization sweeping the world, the increasingly close exchanges and cooperation among countries, and China's vigorous advancement of its education internationalization strategy, Sino-foreign cooperative education has become deeply integrated into China's higher education system. By leveraging its unique advantage of merging high-quality educational resources from China and abroad, it has become an indispensable and important component.

This educational model introduces advanced foreign curriculum systems, teaching philosophies, and faculty resources, combining them with the disciplinary strengths and local educational experience of domestic universities. It builds a learning platform for students that possesses both international perspectives and local foundations. This not only effectively broadens the channels for talent cultivation but also explores a new path for training interdisciplinary talents with cross-cultural communication skills in practice, supplying a large number of high-quality talents for national development and global competition.

In accordance with the "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education" and its implementing measures, the Ministry of Education conducted an evaluation of the Sino-foreign cooperative education institutions and projects that submitted applications in the first half of 2025. Based on the comprehensive results of expert reviews, a total of ​​17 Sino-foreign cooperative education institutions at the undergraduate level and above​​ and ​​30 Sino-foreign cooperative education projects at the undergraduate level and above​​ were finally approved for establishment.
